		Products & Services Spares for Boilers Ignitors for burners and boilers: Ignitors are the most versatile devices to ignite oil and gas burners. They work on the principle of producing low energy spark between two electrodes by passing a high voltage (5 KV to 14.5 KV) current of few mili amperes, for igniting oil / gas. They are easily adapted to automation and electronic control and work without supervision.

		Spark Plugs: Spark Plugs which can be suitably located in burner as per required thread.

		Bare Ignitors: Bare Ignitors are normally used for adapting spark between two electrodes. Insulation is available as per customer requirement. It can be also used as sensing device to get sensing in control panel. Available in various sizes.

		Pilot Burner: Pilot Burners are mainly used in annealing furnaces for forging materials, etc. Gas or fuel flow is controlled by nozzle provided. Porting for fuel is given seperately. This can give a flame of atleast 10 inches long.

		Shielded Spark Plug: High performance high energy shielded spark plug gives maximum spark while working and also fire spark for UV Photocell.

		Spark Rod & Flame Rod: Spark Rods & Flame Rods are used in different types of burners. Spark Rod is mainly used in IAC Burners and for coal firing boilers. Available in different lengths, varies from 700mm to 900mm length. Length between two insulators can be adjusted using threaded rod.
